Shipping costs are always charged to the customer. The Warranty does not cover transportation costs.
The Warranty expires when:
- the malfunction was dependent on or caused by the Customer;
- the product was used abnormally, or was used for an unintended purpose;
- the product has been repaired or altered by persons other than the manufacturer or any other unauthorized party;
- it concerns parts subject to normal wear and tear or falls within normal maintenance (such as changing springs or setting for coil machines);
- the product is not complete with all its parts, including the box, cables, and instruction manual.
RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND
The customer can exercise the right of returning the item within 14 days of delivery.
If the customer receives:
- a product that does not work immediately or has technical problems;
- a product that has different characteristics from those described in the catalog;
- a product that does not satisfy them.
On the condition that:
- the return of the product is communicated through an explicit declaration (e.g., registered letter sent by post or by e-mail) and agreed by phone;
- no more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of the goods;
- the products are intact in their original packaging in the same condition as received and include all accessories and any manuals;
- the products are resalable in their undamaged original packaging;
- they are not custom-made products or clearly personalized;
- they are not sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
We reserve the right to verify the conditions of the return before issuing a refund. It is advisable to cover the original packaging of the product with other protective packaging that preserves its integrity and also protects it from any writings or labels applied by the courier. We do not refund transportation costs.
